I enjoy understanding the customer journey and their user experience through quantitative and qualitative data. The countless hours of user research, usability testing, behavior monitoring, web analytics, and affinity mapping distills into the identification of patterns. Translating this data into actionable and relatable insight for stakeholders is key. This process allows me to develop a strategy aimed at improving the user experience, increasing engagement and driving higher conversions.
Leading the project through the creative process, production of digital assets, and deployment of tactics brings a unique joy. However, the ultimate joy comes from delivering results that matter to stakeholder objectives.
