Branded Video Web Project | 2017
DILEMMA
Corporate wanted the creation of branding video that would tell the story of RBW Logistics and make the website more engaging for web visitors.
OBJECTIVE
The objective was to find a way to make the website more engaging to prospects.
MY ROLE
I managed a cross functional team (sales, web development, and videography) to produce and implement a four-part branding series. We incorporated an agile development process throughout the project.

The initial thought was to develop a single video for the homepage of RBW. Through pre-production meeting with sales, marketing team, and executives, we decided that it was best to turn video into a four-part branding project that would be implemented into the homepage of RBW
SOLUTION
The development of a branding project that included the creation of a three-part video series that focused on the company culture of RBW Logistics and the redesign of the homepage to incorporate the videos into the website.
Through this process we were able to develop a rough storyboard and script. This was then given to an illustrator to illustrate the videos.
I developed wireframes and began an iterative design process with the web development team.
Once all set and project approved by executive team, we began shooting and editing the footage tell the story. Once the videos were completed fine-tuning the messaging of the video was completed with ownership and the executive team.
Once approved, the videos were given to the web team develop the wireframe mock-ups and implemented the videos.
