INTJ: “The Architect”
(Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging)
My professional career started in digital marketing and business process improvement. That work made me curious about how organizations create value, streamline the paths customers take through them, and understand human behavior at scale — curiosity that eventually led me to Human-Computer Interaction, and then into a career built around a single throughline: helping organizations understand people and turn that understanding into coordinated action. Today, I blend that foundation — behavioral research, service design, and organizational systems — to build the capabilities that let enterprises sense their customers and adapt with them.
I've always been drawn to the full arc of evidence: research, usability testing, behavior monitoring, and web analytics distilled into patterns, and those patterns translated into insight stakeholders can actually act on. Increasingly, my focus has shifted upstream — from producing individual insights to building the operating models, governance, and systems that let organizations generate and act on insight continuously.
